Upload Pictures and Videos

Hello!

I have a quick question, Lets start with Pictures Upload Limit.

Here the error: Attached(Error.JPG)

I'm trying to upload 6 MB picture to my profile. I cannot because a "File Size Error"

But, here my Portal Configuration on Admin BackEnd -> components -> easysocial -> settings -> photos. I have under Uploader 1000 mb: Attached (1000MB.JPG)

and have as well under Portal Configuration on Admin BackEnd -> components -> easysocial -> settings -> Conversations. I have under Attachments 25 mb: Attached (25MB.JPG)


Please let me know what do I need to do in order to have all users the option to upload Pictures from 6 to 10 MB per item.

Hi Emilio,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it weekends for all of us here.

It seems like you have set an upload limit inside your backend > easysocial > profile types > christian account > access > photos to maximum 5MB only as you can see from my screenshot here, http://screencast.com/t/7ah3L6mqWb I've change the value to be 10mb and it should be working correctly now.

That's the correct info,

I did a test with that, the only thing is that I have 2nd Validation Access (Google Random Numbers Code) this one change every 60 seconds

Can someone help me please! I'm available from NYC! And want to fix the UPLOAD capability,

I have my GOOGLE Authentication Code that change every 60 seconds with me, if someone need it I can share it quickly by email or here.

Hi Emilio,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply due to the different timezone with your country and mine.

Hm, this is actually quite difficult to get it resolved due to the constant changing of your security credentials. Perhaps you can temporarily disabled it first and put the new site access in Site Details below in forum so it will be more privacy and only support team can view the login credentials.

Please try again. I did a test and now all should be OK for you to access and help me to fix the upload option and limits

I need the following preferences:

10 MB Upload per Item or Picture
NO limit per user or day to upload, or 10,000 MB limit per day if ask.
