Upload Pictures and Create Href

Hello, is there anyway to use media manager and upload a picture and also add an "href" attribute to the image to make it clickable and link to another website? I can do this but have to toggle raw editor to create the attribute. I prefer to just do this in media manager

May I know which editor you are using to insert the image on your blog post? If you using easyblog composer you can upload the image via image block and click on image link as you can see from my screenshot here, http://screencast.com/t/QPbkNMIilFbG .
