Upload photos: No status between 1% and 99%

Hello. When I upload few photos to album (doesn't depend on file size) I can see 1% progress and then it instantly changes to 99% (on Safari / MacOS).
Expected result: display increasing line and 1, 15, 30...%

The progress actually works fine, this is due to your image size is too small and your internet speed is fast so you will see it instantly become 99% progress.

The last 1% progress is due to the image resize process.
