The site is not loading for me(attached). This happens on both back-end and front-end. Please advice.

Some questions.
- Do you mean the issue occurs when you upload the installer package on Joomla?
- Did you try the full or launcher installer package?
- Did the server provide the php errors?

no this has nothing to do with install packages

This was an issue upload and posting in ARB group (easysocial)

We found that after updating stackideas software, some old links that were displayed in the modules were causing a redirect error. After updating the link the issue seems to have corrected.

In regards to you not being able to load site, I would have to whitelist your IP

Can you provide the steps to reproduce the issue so we can test this directly on the site? You may provide information like the link to the page where you did the upload, sample file used to upload.
