After troubleshoot this issue long hour ago, i still unable to figure out what is the root issue cause this.

But i realised your current template override the whole composer page and those custom css, i suspect it might be related with your current template issue, since this issue only happen on your site.

By the way, I've help you applied some temporary custom css fix into your site, can you try clear your browser cache and try again is it that upload button can clickable now?
