Hi new install today, so far all very good.

The only thing not working is when a user uploads a photo it shows it uploading and then a failed message appears, clicking on details shows

COM_EASYSOCIAL_EXCEPTION_UPLOAD_NO_TMP_FILE

Any idea how to fix this?
thanks
tj
Hello Terry,

You are most likely hitting this error probably because in your php.ini there is no tmp directory set. This causes uploads to fail since there is no way to copy the uploaded files over accordingly.

Can you check your php.ini ?

Hi,

Looking at PHP info from Joomla system info I see these lines, are these the lines you are looking for?

upload_max_filesize 100M 100M
upload_tmp_dir /tmp /tmp
user_dir no value no value

Thanks

Hello Terry.

The default logo is included in the wireframe theme and it can be accessed at the path below:

/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/images/emails/logo.png
