i have tried to install via network, it seems like i hitting this memory limit issues :

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 98566144 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 13901825 bytes) in xxx/libraries/joomla/utilities/buffer.php on line 104

Can you try increase your php memory_limit to 256M and see how it goes?

if the issues still persists, can you provide us with your FTP access as well?
