Seems like you have done language override for the language constant

Caused the sef url as shown: https://monosnap.com/file/wFlgH0a1C9KDmBv9GPPep2syahhdUx (consist quote and space)which is improper url.
I have temporary revert it to use the original https://take.ms/VZCWF , and you can access your site now.
Can you give it another try now.
