Upgrading EasySocial from V1.3.28 to V1.4.6 broke the EasySocial front end (see attached image). I have subsequently tried upgrading to V1.4.7, but the issue persists. I am therefore hoping that you can visit my server and find out what has gone wrong.

PS. This might be a duplicate post. I posted a private ticket a while ago and could not see it, so I am posting this public request in case the first one failed.
Hey Adam,

As per our conversation on Skype, you have an older version of Wanderers installed which only works with 1.3.x. This is why you are having issues with 1.4.x.

To fix this, I renamed the folder /templates/wanderers/html/com_easysocial and it works fine now

Hi Jasni

Great to hear from you!

Yes (as mentioned in my private note), we are using 2-Factor authentication for both Joomla Admin and server SSH. I have sent you an invitation to a secure Lastpass note which contains the QR Code. Please do NOT store the QR Code on your server or personal computer.

Cheers

Adam

FYI, seems LastPass won't let me share the note until after you have created a LastPass account (I emailed you an invitation). So please let me know when you have done so. Sorry for any inconvenience, we are just trying to keep things secure

Hi Jasni

Am waiting for you to join LastPass. If there is a problem with me using LastPass to send you the code, please advise some alternative and secure method that does not end-up putting the code and the password on the same device.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks!

Hey Adam,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. The team is actually having a pretty long holiday here in Malaysia as it is nearing the Lunar New Year celebration.

Is it possible for you to enter your site details at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so that I can take a look at this?

Hi Mark

I should have known that! I'm located in Vietnam where we celebrate Lunar New Year also

FYI, I already submitted the site details when I created this support request. Are they not visible?

The issue is that we are using Google 2-Factor authentication for both Joomla Admin and server SSH. For security reasons, I would like to avoid having the QR code stored on the same device/network as the password and would prefer to send via a secure medium. I had proposed to Jasni that I send it via a Lastpass note and I emailed a Lastpass invitation to Jasni, but I never heard back from him. If you are OK with using Lastpass, please give me your email address; or feel free to suggest another secure alternative.

Cheers

Adam

PS. Happy New Year!
