Upon upgrading to v1.3.22, I believe the following settings in Admin were changed from my most recent settings:

Under the SETTINGS tab --
General: Process Emails on Page was reset from Yes to No.
Registration: Allow New User Signups was reset from No to Yes.
Users: Display Name Format was reset from “Full Name” to “Username”. Display Profile Type was reset from No to Yes. Allow Login with Email was reset from No to Yes. Logout Redirection was reset to some random page, not the correct page previously selected.

Other settings may have been changed, but these I am pretty sure about.

I recall having a similar problem when upgrading to v1.3.21.

Sorry for late reply to this,
I've tried in my locally, it seems like work fine for me.
Perhaps you can test update to another new version and see this issues is it still persists?
If yes, keep us updated then.

Just updated to v1.3.23. I see in release notes: "Fixed issues with admin settings not being respected."

Happy to say all Admin settings remained as they were this time!
