We can assist you to upgrade your site Payplans 3.x to 4.0 for your current licensed domain.

Before we perform anything on your site, you have check following things :

1. As usual do the full backup on the site.

2. If there got any customisation in Payplans core file, you have to share with us which file you have modified is because when you perform an upgrade to 4.0, all these customisation work will be gone and we do not have responsibility to assist you re-do your customisation work.

3. You need to read this transition docs from https://stackideas.com/docs/payplans/administrators/welcome/transition-to-payplans-4 and see whether you still using those deprecated payment gateway or app.

4. Do you have any development site available on your server? If you have these development site, then it would be good test the upgrade to Payplans 4 from your development site.

Actually we do have a setting to allow admin to change the font family from the PDF, you can check my screenshot here

By the way, I already help you upgraded to Payplans 4 now, can you give it a check and see whether everything is work fine now?
