Upgrade to EB5.0.28 stuck at extracting files

I am trying to upgrade to the latest version of EasyBlog from 5.0.26 using the full package install via joomla extension manager.

The upgrade stalls at Step 3, 'Extracting Files' (see image) and i am unable to access the front area of my site while the process is running.

Please advise how to cancel or complete process to allow access to front area of site.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holidays for us here today.

I've tried to download the full package from my dashboard then install through in your Joomla backend, it seems like work fine without stuck at Step 3.
