Upgrade to easysocial 2.0.6

Hello,

I saw that there is the Latest version: 2.0.6 from easysocial. I translated the language file fr-FR. And also some words in the en-GB language file. If I install the latest version 2.0 of easysocial, is that I would all lose my translation work?

If I back up the en-GB and en-GB language files before the update, can I reinstall them without any problems?

Or have you changed character strings?

Hi Georges,
I would advice against replacing the new version's language files in the language folder because you could be getting rid of some the new language constants from the new version.
You should take the individual lines of customized translations and place them in this file Joomla/language/overrides/xx-XX.override.ini
If you do this, you can perform updates in the future without worries because these override files is protected from updates.
