Upgrade to EasyDiscuss 4 did not go smoothly.... in fact I would say Epic Fail

Well after an already difficult day I was like.. Great EasyDiscuss 4 is out. Downloaded the launcher and all went fine... Until I looked at the site.

I'll do myself a favor and let you guys sort it out. On top of trying to get construction finished on our new datacenter and dealing with Cable & Wireless Panama for the fiberoptic connection installation. Trying to sort out what all went wrong with our upgrade is just too much for one day. ENJOY!

Also had to place this under General as the drop down won't give me any other options.
Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and SFTP access so we can better have a check for this installation issue?

Hi Arlex.\:

You have the backend from my earlier posts. As for FTP we seem to be having a firewall issue that will not allow ftp through.

As with most things wasn't even aware that was there... DONE.. Don't forget you must use a SFTP client instead of normal FTP.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I've tried to connect with your SFTP server via WinSCP client, but I hitting following error :


Cannot initialize SFTP protocol. Is the host running a SFTP server?


And Joomla backend :

Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.


Please advise.
