Upgrade stuck on 20%

Hi

I am currently upgrading to to latest and the upgrade has been stuck on 20% initializing site files

Not sure what to do, its been on same percentage for around half an hour.

Server is good spec dell poweredge 2950
Still on same percent

May i know which method are you trying to update in your Easysocial?
by the way, Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this? Please advise.

Hi

When I go to easysocial its states that update is available as I am on 1.3.12 but update to 1.3.13 just gets stuck on 20%, I can set you up a admin account but cant give you ftp access at the moment.

I had to download the launcher as if I try to run via update at bottom of easysocial I get failed to download file please go to dashboard to download
