Upgrade steps

Hi,
I have installed Komento 1.6.3883 on a Joomla 2.5.20.
I see that exist the newer version of Komento, 1.8.2
How can I upgrade to this version without loosing anything ?

hello,
you can either first remove the old version and then re-install the new version or you could also just upload the new version without uninstalling - both ways would work fine. your data won't get lost as this is stored in the database but if you made modifications to the core files (php, css....) then these get overridden.
