when I try to upgrade my version of Easysocial I get the following error:

We are sorry, it looks like we hit some road block when trying to upgrade your plan.


Can you tell me whats the problem is and why I am getting this error?

I submitted a support ticket yesterday...but let me just ask you this...

When you upgrade from one plan to another Subscription Plan does your subscription starts after your current plan ends or does it start the moment you purchase the new plan?

I have 2 months left on my current plan but I would like to upgrade it now without losing 2 months... So can you tell how would this work...? Because I don't want to have two open subscription plans on the same account working or activated at the same time...

just want to follow up on my earlier post... I got an reply from my support ticket and Andrew answered all my questions and I have purchased the upgrade or updated my subscription just a moment ago.

Please thank Andrew again for me, for his help and quick reply.
