We don't have a method to upgrade subscriptions from Pro to Club because there are some complex operations from our merchant. If you are interested in upgrading to the Club bundle, we'll send you the invoice from Paypal so that you can pay the price difference and we'll upgrade you to our Club bundle.

Yes, that was what I was asking for, to add an additional domain, please send me the invoice so I can pay and the domain can be added, was hoping to get this done today.
