Hi,

I would like to know if that would be possible to for a client to upgrade from an expired plan?
It does not seems to be possible currently.

This would be a great addition as a lot of users that renew their plans for new features for example. And that's a basic feature for a membership component

Previously we had disabled the renewal plugin and override with our own plugin to do that, but currently it seems to be in the component core so can you point me in the right direction to do that?

Thanks
Hi,

Any news on that?

Hi Tristan,

Sorry for the late reply, kindly find my response for your inquiries below:

Unfortunately, it is not possible at this point of time.

This would be a great addition as a lot of users that renew their plans for new features for example. And that's a basic feature for a membership component

Perhaps, can you create a new ticket under feature request, so that our developer can keep track the feature that can be implemented in the future release

Previously we had disabled the renewal plugin and override with our own plugin to do that, but currently, it seems to be in the component core so can you point me in the right direction to do that?

Yes, we have moved the renewal plugin into the core, where the checking for the renewable is in the file below:
.../administrator/components/com_payplans/includes/subscription/subscription.php
in the function isRenewable

Hope this helps
