Hello,

I use this token "[[CONFIG_PLAN_RENEW_URL]]" as link button in my pre expiration email, when my customers receive the email, they clicked in this button, then, my website is launched and request for the login and password, after successful login my website show this error message "You are not authorized to view this resource."

Can you tell me what am I doing wrong?

* note "The subject of this issue says "upgrade link", must say "renew link""

I don't have a ftp service in this server, is there any other thing I can do to allow you test it?
