If you are using PayPlans 3.5.5 or 3.6.0 then you can install it vai latest installer for PayPlans 3.6.3.

If you are using payplans version below 3.5.5 then you need to use installer for PayPlans 3.5.5 , install payplans to 3.5.5 then download installer for PayPlans 3.6.3 and install it.
