I can't upgrade onto a different site than my official supported site I have checked the API key is right. Are you now blocking install like this please ?
I was under the impression that I could get support for one site and install to other sites as needed for a single license.
Thanks
Hey Calvin,

There is no restrictions to how many sites you can install EasyBlog on The only restriction is the support.

Since you have 2 license, I believe you most likely chose the first license which has already expired. Try choosing the other instead.

Hey calvin,

To remove the confusions, I have also deleted the other expired license from your account so you don't have to pick the license when you try to install via the network

thanks I have the same API for all my products - it seems. And I used this key ok on my other site earlier today. It says API key error and it gets to 10% before this happens.
Have provided a login for you below.

Hey calvin,

Support is only provided for 1 domain only. If you require support for additional domain, please consider purchasing a separate license or upgrade to the Unlimited version.

Hi Calvin,

Perhaps you can try to use full installer instead of launcher if the issue still persist. I am sorry but your easyblog license are only entitled for support with one domain only. If you require support for additional domain, please consider purchasing a separate license or upgrade to the Unlimited version.

You were right that now I remember in fact that to upgrade to easy blog 5 you cannot do it via remote updater as a lot of tables were changed and folders migrated. It is now working except for the google ad sense which I see other people have issues with.
Thanks

Hi Calvin,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. Google adsense issue has already been fixed in the latest version of easyblog. You can try to update your easyblog and see if the issue still persist.
