I want to upgrade from version 3.9.22295 to the latest version. Should I expect any troubles? Are there any recommendations?

It should be okay when you upgrade from 3.9, perhaps you can allow us to help you perform this upgrade?

By the way, before we perform this update, perhaps you can backup all of your site and database data first?
