Upgrade fails using the extension installer. All items "green" leading to the hang, which is in postinstall processing.
Hangs at 45%.
See screenshot.
A number of people are having this same issue.
Access setup for you as attached.
Frontend access to easyblog now fails and none of my blogs is visible any more.

Dave
Hey david,

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend firewall access?

Hey David,

It okay

it seems like you provided that Joomla backend login credentials is not working.

Warning
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

Perhaps you can create another Superadmin privileges user account so we can access and check on this issue.

I fund that RSFirewall had also banned you for multiple login attempts so I have also removed the blackban. It should be working okay for you.
Cheers,
Dave

Hi Alex,
Have you tried again? I have not seen any more attempts at this end. But it is possible that you are doing many things at the same time.....

Dave

Hey David,

Thanks for getting back to us quickly, I have help you upgraded Easyblog 5 in site.

For some reason when the upgrading process didn't install new columns in your database Easyblog table then causing this issue, what i did is adding back these missing columns in your site then re-run the maintenance script from your backend, it work fine now.
