I've updated my site details in your control panel. I've double checked the info and it should work. Just one of those days I guess.

Hey Nina,

There seems to be some issue when you initially upgraded as EasyBlog thinks that you are already on 5.0.x. May I know how did you upgraded initially?

I have fixed this by updating the dbversion and scriptversion to 3.8.0 on your site so that when the installer runs, it will run the necessary dependencies checking and sync the table accordingly.

Your're most welcome Nina.

Perhaps you can share with us how did you upgraded initially? Because we would like to find out what is the reason it caused this.

I have an old joomla 2.5 page wich is live. I've copied the tables from the joomla 2.5 and imported them into my joomla 3.8. Then I installed easyblog 3.9.1 and upgraded to the latest a couple of months ago.
And this week I wanted to import the new blog entries since last import and that's when I got in trouble. I had a hard time getting the new posts in there so I ended up uninstalling and doing the installation and upgradde again.

Probably not too strange that something went wrong a long the way. The versions differ so much it's impossible to manually transfer a few entries by hand.

Thanks for your effort and have a nice weekend!

Hey Nina,

Ah I see! Thanks for your input on this and this could probably be the reason why it had these issues. After copying the tables over, you just need to install the latest version of EasyBlog and it would sort out the database
