Upgrade errors 1.2.7

Hi, i just tried to upgrade to 1.2.7 and files are copied good, but upgrade proces hang on Initialization of user aplications, any ideas?

Is it possible provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on this issues? Please advise.
