Hey Charles,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

That was strange, because when you upload the launcher through in your backend installer, it didn't copy the file from our server to your site.

May i know how you temporarily disable easyblog via FTP?

Also can you request with your webhosting provide to help you increase this few php value?
max_execution_time -> 500
max_input_time -> 300

Keep us updated then.

Hi Mark and Arlex.

The host has updated my request and has upgraded the request to:

max_execution_time -> 500
max_input_time -> 300

Hey Charles,

I am really sorry that delay of this reply,

For some reason when I trying to upload the installer through in your Joomla backend installer page, but i hitting this blocked issue :

Perhaps you need to unblock my current IP address : 210.195.137.241

Also I also noticed all the Joomla button is not function from your backend, can you revert back all to your original folder? Because it seems like your Joomla site messed up.

Hi Arlex. You might want to log-out and log-in again for the IP whitelist to work in the back-end admin section.
