Hello!

It's not possible for me to upgrade to Komento 4.x. Using the Joomla upgrade will end in an error that joomla cannot extract the files, using the upgrade within Komento itself give the error "Error updating component when using the API from Joomla. Please try again."

Other update work without any problems.

Any help will be appreciated!

If you upgrade from 3.x to 4.x major version, then the system required you to upload the latest launcher/full installer from the backend and proceed with the installation update.

You can download the installer from your dashboard on our website https://stackideas.com/dashboard .

Since this is a major update, I would strongly encourage you to do the full backup on the site first before you perform this major update.

After you finish the site back up and you need us to assist you with the Komento update, you can update your site backend and FTP access so we can help you update the latest version of Komento on your site?
