You can download Komento's latest installer from your dashboard. Then install it at Joomla's extension manager.

I upload the new version of Komento but now user can't publish a comment like guest, komento does not works.

Thanks, it seems like conflict one of the jQuery script on the site, I already help you enabled this load Komento jQuery setting from your site backend, you can able to comment now, can you give it a check again?
