Upgrade 3.1.6 to 4.0.2 - stuck on Initializing Database Synchronization

Hi,
On a J3.10.6, we have try to upgrade from a very recent K3.1.6 to 4.0.2 with very little database (10 comments maybe ?).
After 20 min it stuck on Initializing Database Synchronization and the BO show a us a wonderfull 0 Class 'FH' not found

What is the next best move ? Of course we have backup and can reverse back but if you have some ideas to finish this nicely...

Can you provide us your backend and FTP access so that we could troubleshoot the installation issue directly on your site?

I have exactly the same problem with the update from 3.1.6 to 4.02. (joomla 3.10.6). Is there a solution?

I also am having this exact same problem in new install komento on Joomla4!

when open console log i see this error:


500 Internal Server Error

website.domain/administrator/index.php?option=com_komento&ajax=1&controller=install&task=sync
