Payplans backend issue is coming because joomla 3.9 version, we already released this with PayPlans 3.7.1 , so it need to be upgrade on your site.

Please take full backup of your site before proceeding to upgrade at your site.
Once backup done let me know , so i'll help you to update payplans at your site.

So, it looks like I'm getting an error when I go to "Rebuild Stats" on the Analytics page now that everything's updated:

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 0
XHR Ready State:

It shows up in a pop-up when it tries to go through that process.
