Are you using single click update from the backend Komento dashboard page?

Have you tried to manually download the latest launcher installer from your dashboard https://stackideas.com/dashboard and then upload this installer through your site backend installer page yet?

If the issue still persists, can you update your site backend and FTP access at your first post by clicking the 3 dots and selecting the "edit" option so we can better a check?
