Am I not able to load the newest version of easyblog when I have unlimited installations, regardless of the licence limit?

So I am not able to update versions of easyblog anytime, without support? I just want to update to the newest version for all my sites, even tho I am not asking support on them.
The reason why it show this message is because your current domain not assign to your license support domain area, so it was unable to retrieve the latest version info from our server.

And this warning message do not cause any issue from your site, you still can able to update all of your existing site to latest version, what you need to do is download the launcher or full installer from dashboard https://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload through your Joomla backend installer page.

if you would like to request for support for those domain site, you have to assign those domain name into your dashboard product license area.

I did download the launcher to my desktop, then tried to install thru joomla manager. It goes thru the process, but still shows the easyblog requires updating in the backend.

I am referring to all my sites that are NOT in my licence section.

Hello Tori,

Only sites that are supported will be able to utilize our API services. If you want your domain to be able to use our services, you can add the domain to your license.

I dont want to add some sites to the license. I just want to updates my sites with the current version of easyblog. I paid for unlimited installs.

How can I do this?

I used to be able to do it by putting in my API key. Now, it doesnt even give me that prompt.

Hey Tori,

If you already download the latest launcher from https://stackideas.com/dashboard and upload through your Joomla backend installer page, it should be running the latest version of Easyblog.

The reason why it still showing "Require update" is because your current domain not add into your license, so it was unable to retrieve the Easyblog latest version info.

The only way to get rid out of this you have to set your domain into your license area.
