I am attempting to update to the newest version (from 3.9.1623) and the update is getting stuck at 20%. I have attached a screenshot. I am updating because we noticed this morning that our blog was hacked and a spam post was added. Please let me know how I can successfully get this updated to reassure my client that everything is ok now. I have also changed our Joomla password and updated our API key. Thanks!
