Updater hangs at 10%

Yet again when one attempts an update teh installer hang problem occurs.

This time moving from 3.9.15155 to 3.9.15188 the updater hangs at 10% Updating Foundry Framework.

This is getting repetative.
Hello Geoff,

Our patch server isn't updated yet. Please give us time to do this. We've just uploaded EasyBlog 30 minutes ago. By the way I have tested this in my test site and the patch server is now updated. Please try updating again.
