Hi Bobby,

May I know do you perform the update from easyblog 3.9? If yes can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on the issue directly?

I have updated to the latest release of 5.0.19 and I still have the same issues. I'm still getting double pictures on now some of my incoming rss blog post.

Hey Bobby,

Can you give this a try again? It looks like when the truncation is set to paragraph, EasyBlog is still prepending images on the top of the post. I have applied some fixes for you and it should work fine now.

If anyone else faced similar problems, download the attached file and upload it into /administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/truncater/

Hey Mark,

The issues with double pictures are fixed. What happened to the ability for the rss feed to use the post picture when the blog is set to featured? It seemed to change after the .17 update.

hey Bobby,

I am sorry that delay of this reply,

Thanks for getting back to us that double picture issue resolved.

But I have a little bit lost here, correct me if i getting wrong your meaning, do you mean you import these feed in Easyblog which included the image, but it didn't show in your feature showcase area?

Perhaps you can provide us some page URL which are you referring to so I can help you check on this?

Yes that is correct. All my blogs are RSS feeds and sometimes I pick a few to feature. When they are featured they are not showing the picture.

You are mistaken. In the very beginning of EasyBlog 5 it wasn't there but then it was added back in and it worked in versions .15 -.17 and now with the latest updates it was taken away.

The only other issue I have is in the comment area. It doesn't "look" like things are in the right places. How can I fix that?
