Update to newest version not possible

Hello guys,

just tried to install or better update my Easysocial version.
Over Network installation it was not possible.
So i downloaded the new Client, created the "/setup/packages" folder in the right place over FTP and trie it with the 2nd way to install, but then comes a message " No packages found in folder".

What did I do wrong ?

If you still hit this issue, can provide us with joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on the issue directly?

In my case there s no "select package Dropdown Menue".

I think its time for help :-) !
