I upgraded to 5.5.12 and it caused issues with the css on my main blog menu item. https://www.springshomes.com. I changed to a different layout but it only works if I have my jchoptimize plugin disabled. What can I do to resolve the conflict?
Hi Amy,

I've tried temporarily enable the plugin that you've mention above (jchoptimize plugin) and access your homepage and easyblog page https://www.springshomes.com/blog .
It seems loaded fine without any distorted css.

Yes, I think clearing the cache helped. One other question, on https://www.springshomes.com/blog, is there a way to truncate these posts so that they show the same # of characters? I don't see the option in the menu item.

Hey Amy,

You could turn on automated truncation as you can see from my screen shot here, http://take.ms/CvOk5 . However, there are some posts that did not get automatically truncated on your site because a read more was explicitly specified in the post, http://take.ms/AnBB1

When EasyBlog detects a read more in the post, it doesn't try to automatically truncate it because the author wants it to be truncated at specific lengths.

If you want automated to truncation to kick in without needing to set a read more, then you just need to remove the read more line in the posts
