I've checked in your Easysocial backend page, it seems like it display correctly, you can take a look of my attached screenshot below.

Can you try clear all of your browser and Joomla cache and see how it goes?

I found the layout is correct with firefox but break with Chrome .
I think I am ok now but if you have time please check with Chome.
