hey henry,
when the auto-update stucks (probably you're on 3.8.x or older - in that case the auto-updater doesn't work) then just do a manual install of easyblog via the extensions manager, that should work fine.

Hey, here's a thought, how about fixing the REAL problem and let your customers know that your updates may crash their website for several hours!? You misread my statement friend...I was not making an additional complaint that no one had responded yet...I was just clarifying that I already had a ticket submitted and was awaiting a response but I was trying the forum as well just in case anyone was available to assist me or comment sooner to help.
