When I enable the toolbar or even just the general look and feel of the site seems off.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I believe this could be due to your cdn. Take a look at my screen shot here, http://screencast.com/t/HLbP3gbl

As soon as I turn off the cdn option in EasyBlog, it works fine

No problem Pascal Maybe you want to check on the CDN end and see if there are any errors crawling the css files?

It was totally out of silly errors - I didn't use the secure CDN link instead I was using the non SSL...

My bad and thanks for delivering great service as always.
