In the backend of my website Easyblog gives an update message with red letters.

With the updater to update the latest version I try but I get the message please enter your correct api key, you can generate them from your account.

I did and saved the new api key, unfortunately I still can not update the latest version via updater.

There's a message on the dashboard of my account: Opps! It seems that you don't have an active license. Get your license today!

How can that be? I am registered on: May 30th, 2014......

AND I CAN'T ACCES FILES BECAUSE MY LICENSE IN NOT ACTIVE.
Hello Gaike,

We are running some maintenance on our site currently. In the meantime, can you manually download Easyblog from your http://www.stackideas.com/dashboard and install it via Extension Manager? Sorry for this inconvenience.
