Update path does not exist

Hello,

i did migrate the website to a different server but its still under the same domain/URL. When trying to update i get the message



Update path does not exist.

Error updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPE_TYPE_


Please advise. I did a short google search but came up only with an unanswered posting on your site.

May i know what Easyblog version you update from?

If you upgrade from Easyblog 5.1, you have to download the latest launcher installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload through your Joomla backend installer page and proceed the installation.

If the issues still persist, can you update your Joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?

Hi,

my current version is 5.1.15. I tried to update via the component. The update starts but then i get an error about an outdated installer.
See image.

I will try the current launcher now.

Based on what i see your screenshot, it seems like you still running the older installation screen.

May i know do you have download the latest launcher installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard ?

If yes and it still doesn't work after you upload this launcher installer from your site backend installer page, can you update your Joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?
