I am experiencing the exact same issue as this forum post
http://stackideas.com/forums/fatal-error-after-eb3-upgrade

I attempted the upgrade as prompted by the dashboard and it stalled at 10% complete. After waiting 10 minutes, I exited and attempted to login again but I am unable to access the Joomla Admin now.

Can you please assist me to restore my Blog? Thank you.
Hi David C Ortiz,

Don't worry of this, it will not messed up on your existing blog content and your Joomla site.

May i know do you want to upgrade to Easyblog 5.0 or update Easyblog 3.9 version?

By the way, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this? (I'm tried to access in your Joomla backend but i hitting this following error)

Hi David C Ortiz,

Don't worry for that, this upgrade service no need charge any cost because this is under our support scope.

Hi David C Ortiz,

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply because my last reply already around 12am midnight yesterday,

Yes, this update will not damage your site, I have tried to access in your FTP account, but it seems like after login successfully it didn't point me to your Joomla root folder. Check my screenshot below.

Looking forward of your response.

Hey David,

Hm, are you sure you want us to remove all these posts for you? There's quite a number of posts, tags and categories on the site. By the way, I would reckon that you start a new thread on the forums as it is a different issue altogether.
