Easysocial does not update the message inbox in real time with cometchat..
Please have a look
Cometchat support says that everything is good by their side so please have a look for me.

If that's the case, I think you should really bring this up to Cometchat. I am pretty certain that they are probably adding the wrong data and this is probably causing the counter to not get updated since EasySocial is unable to detect new messages.

Hello Kabran,

Firstly, I am not really sure if I understand your issue here. Are you referring to the notification counter in EasySocial or are you referring to the notification counter on Cometchat? EasySocial actually counts the available messages in our own tables and I am just guessing that Cometchat is probably inserting the values wrongly into the conversation tables.

Can you try with the built in conversation system in EasySocial and see if you face similar problems?

i'm referring the counter on EasySocial.. When i start a conversation with cometchat there is no synchronisation.

It was error from cometchat.. They resolve integration by adding some missing plugins and everything work now
