It seems like you hitting this error 500 (Copy file failed), check my attached screenshot below.

The "-1 Copy Failed" error is a common Joomla error when your site's file/folders permission aren't correct somehow.

The problem was indeed an file owner/group problem. Can you consult with your Webhosting provider to help you check this folder/files (JoomlaRootFolder/media/foundry/...) permission is it chown to correct owners on your server? All files need to be writable by the webserver user.
