Also my client doesn't like the new layout of the template (for site and also mail). Can I get the old template layout back?

Is it possible provide us which page of the layout your client which don't like it so we can see if we can do something about it?

The theme my client used (for mail and website) is as uploaded in the attatchment. It's quit confusing for them now.

Is it possible to use this theme (both mail and website) in version 4?

You can disable all of the notification from backend > Easydiscuss > setting > notification, you can also refer on my attached screenshot below.

Regarding the email template, can yo take a look of my second screenshot below, is it what you want like this?

Regarding with your theme, can you try switch your current Easydiscuss theme to use Simplistic and see is it okay for you? You can change it from backend > Easydiscuss > theme .

We just released a new version 4.0.7 today and included `Simplistic` theme, can you try update to latest version and see how it goes?

By the way, the email template already fixed in latest version.

Also, the email message looks completely different than in version 3.x, with the yellow read more botton.

The simplistic theme is not the same theme as it used to be, there is no large orange "ask a question button".

Yes, by default Easydiscuss 4 already change the large ask question button to use icon, but I have a suggestion for that, you can display `Ask module` on your page, if you can provide us with your site access I can assist you on this.

Unfortunately that was not possible to get back the previous styling.

Regarding this, we do have a documentation for how to override this email logo to use your website logo. Perhaps you can take a look of this docs and see is it able to make it? If you need assistance on this, you can provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access and which logo you would like to use, we can help you change on this.

most issues of this ticket are solved.

But the client still is not happy with the lay-out of the email notification.

They want it as it was (like you use, in the screenshot).

How can we manage this?
