Dear support,

We are trying to check the version information we have for EasyBlog and EasySocial but once we enter the component in the backend to the right there is no indication of the components' version. Just we see that the system is checking for a newer version but the procedure never ends:

EasyBlog: Checking for updates...
EasySocial: Checking for version information...

Please have a look.

There is an issue with the older versions of EasyBlog and EasySocial where it is trying to connect to a http:// site instead of https:// which causes those errors that you have mentioned.

To fix this, download the latest versions from https://stackideas.com/dashboard and upgrade it just like how you initially install these extensions.
