Update fails

We are having problems updating EasyDiscuss. First when trying to use the Update Now button, we get a message that says that there are no current subscriptions. That is not true. Our subscription is valid until 2018. We next tried to use the Install method where the package is first uploaded to the administrator directory. That process fails with an error while initializing the database...

Hi there,

Can you provide us with your backend and FTP for further check on this issues? Please advice.
