Okay, I assigned the domain in the current licence area as you suggested but now I get an error saying it can't be updated using the current Joomla API.

Hello Mark,

It looks like the API key on your package is incorrect as it is associated with another user's account. I guess that is probably a different account but I have updated the API key on your site and it will link to your account correctly now when using remote services.
